We are looking for a talented and creative Telecaller/Counselor to join our team. You will play a key role in assisting students with their educational journey. Your primary responsibilities include connecting with prospective students, providing them with details about various UG and PG courses, and guiding them through the application and admission process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for education.

Responsibilities

1. Engage with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand their academic aspirations and provide relevant guidance.

2. Explain the benefits and details of UG and PG courses offered, tailoring advice to students' preferences and goals.

3. Convert inquiries into admissions by following up on leads and ensuring an excellent counseling experience.

4. Record and maintain details of all telephonic conversations and walk-ins for daily reporting.

5. Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment processes.

6. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for inquiries and conversions.

Who Can Apply

1. Proficiency in written and spoken English is preferred.

2. Candidates with prior experience.

3. Individuals with a strong passion for Tele calling/ Counseling.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications

1. Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in any field 🎓.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 🗣️.

3. Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve targets 🎯.

4. Self-motivated and a team player with a customer-first attitude 🤝.

5. 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, counseling, or a related field (education sector preferred).
