Job Responsibilities

Outbound & Inbound Calls

📞 Call potential customers to explain our video production services.

📞 Handle incoming customer queries, offering relevant solutions.

Lead Generation & Follow-ups

📌 Identify and qualify potential clients.

📌 Follow up with interested leads to drive conversions.

Customer Relationship Management

🤝 Maintain a database of client interactions.

🤝 Build lasting relationships to ensure client retention.

Product Knowledge & Promotion

🎥 Understand our services and recommend tailored solutions.

🎥 Inform clients about offers, pricing, and benefits.

Key Requirements

Education: 12th pass / Graduate (Any field)

Experience: 2+ years in telecalling or sales

Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi & English (Additional languages are a plus)

Soft Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities

Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM software (Preferred)
