Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller. The day-to-day tasks of the role include making outbound phone calls to conduct surveys and collect data, entering responses into a database, and managing call logs and follow-up schedules.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in at least one South Indian language

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or call center environments

Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy

Bachelor's degree in any field

Knowledge of market research methodologies is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is a plus
