Job summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads, conducting site visits, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for residential and/or commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings
• Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
• Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated with current market trends, property rates, and competitor offerings
• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure timely follow-ups and lead management
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate sales or similar field
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Presentable and confident personality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate sales processes
• Own vehicle preferred (for site visits)
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferred)
