Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and articulate fresher’s to join our tale calling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing clients to promote our advisory services and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce our advisory services and generate Leads and Free trials.
• Provide accurate and relevant information about the company’s products and services.
• Answer queries, handle objections, and provide solutions or follow-up as needed.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update information accurately.
• Collaborate with the sales and advisory team to ensure seamless client on boarding.
• Adhere to SEBI regulations and company policies in all communications.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
• New client acquisition.
• Revenue generation by client handling.
• Managing Client Relationship.
