The Telecaller will play a vital role in generating leads, building relationships with prospective students and parents, and converting inquiries into enrollments for various educational programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
Make outbound calls to potential students and parents based on provided data.
Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
Counseling and Conversion:
Provide detailed information about the institution's courses, fees, and admission process.
Identify the needs of prospective students and recommend suitable programs.
Persuade and encourage students to attend counseling sessions, webinars, or open houses.
Feedback and Reporting:
Collect feedback from students and parents to improve the counseling process.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer-centric approach and ability to empathize with students and parents.
Time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred).
0-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales, preferably in the education sector.
