Job Description

SKILLS

Make inbound & outbound calls to potential clients to promote services and generate leads.

Maintain a detailed database of all call information, including client feedback.

Respond to inbound inquiries, providing detailed information about company offerings and resolving any queries.

Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings or follow-up calls with interested clients.

Achieve daily and monthly call targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENT

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

Prior experience in telecalling or customer service roles

Ability to handle rejection and remain positive

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
