Job Title: Telecaller
Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement: Call potential and existing customers to invite them to visit the resort.
2. Product Presentation: Clearly explain the resorts features, packages, and services to customers.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls.
4. Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with interested customers to close bookings.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a positive relationship with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
6. Database Management: Update and maintain customer records in the system.
7. Handling Queries: Answer customer inquiries regarding bookings, facilities, and offers.
8. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
9. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve services and offerings.
10. Coordination: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance promotional campaigns.
