Responsibilities:

• Make outbound call to potential customers to introduce our Portfolio

• Receiving the customer's call and talking to him about the about monthly EMI and making the payment.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and obtain feedback.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and target
