You would be responsible for calling existing and prospective parents from the provided database and lining.
Will be responsible for proper follow up and maintain conversation records.
Should be fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
You should have good convincing power.
Should be well versed in Microsoft office.
Should be able get admission by calling.
Verification of leads.
Converting the leads into admissions.
Building a relationship of trust and respect with the students.
Coordinating for webinars/seminars and other promotional activities for student registration.
Works collaboratively with other admission telecallers.
Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls.
Support the students throughout the admission process by answering to their queries.
Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
Maintain regular communication with students, parents for coordinating admission activities.
Collaborate with the program coordinators to organize presentations, information sessions.
Build broad knowledge on school admission activities and guidelines.
