Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers to provide information about our products and services, answer questions, and handle concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to introduce our products or services, answer questions, and provide detailed information.

Follow-up and Lead Generation: Identify customer needs, generate interest, and follow up on leads for potential sales opportunities.

Product Knowledge: Understand product specifications, and features, and communicate them effectively to customers.

Maintain Records: Update customer details, call logs, and feedback accurately in the system to ensure up-to-date customer records.

Complaint Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, or inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.

Sales Assistance: Support the sales team by setting up appointments or following up with leads to help close sales.

Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to supervisors for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, customer service representative, or similar role.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in [specify languages required, ., English, Hindi].

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening skills, and a professional phone presence.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries with patience and professionalism.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, MS Office,
