Job Description: Telecaller for Travel & Tourism

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Telecaller for Travel & Tourism. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to prospective customers, promote our travel and tourism services, and secure bookings. The Telecaller will play a crucial role in driving sales and creating positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide them with information about our travel and tourism services.

- Understand customer requirements and preferences, and recommend suitable travel packages or itineraries.

- Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication, follow-ups, and personalized service.

- Respond to customer inquiries and address their concerns related to travel arrangements and bookings.

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and travel regulations.

- Close sales and secure bookings by collecting necessary customer information, processing payments, and confirming reservations.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the travel industry, including emerging trends, popular destinations, and competitive offerings.

- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve sales strategies and customer engagement techniques.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and bookings.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales, marketing, or hospitality will be an advantage.

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales role, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
