Position: Business Development Telecaller

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential franchise leads and engaging them in a compelling manner to generate interest in our franchise opportunities. Your primary goal will be to identify and qualify prospective franchisees, ensuring a steady flow of potential partners for our business expansion. You will be an integral part of the sales team, driving growth through effective lead generation and nurturing relationships over the phone.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively make outbound calls to prospective franchisees based on provided leads, research, and cold-calling techniques.

Pitching: Communicate the benefits and advantages of our franchise offerings clearly and persuasively to generate interest among potential leads.

Qualification: Identify and evaluate prospective franchisees' suitability based on their interest, financial capability, and business background.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential franchisees through regular follow-ups and informative interactions.

Database Management: Keep detailed records of all communication with leads, updating relevant information in the CRM system.

Information Dissemination: Provide comprehensive information to potential franchisees regarding our franchise model, support system, and terms.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to strategize on lead generation techniques, share insights, and optimize conversion rates.

Targets: Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and franchise market developments to effectively position our offerings.

Feedback: Gather feedback from potential leads to identify areas of improvement and enhance our franchise offering
