Job Description

Outbound Calling:

Make outbound calls to a list of potential clients or leads provided by the company.

Introduce the company's real estate offerings and services.

Lead Generation:

Identify potential buyers and gather information about their property preferences and requirements.

Qualify leads based on budget, location, and other criteria.

Information Dissemination:

Provide detailed information about available properties, including features, pricing, and availability.

Address inquiries and answer questions about the real estate market and buying process.

Appointment Setting:

Schedule appointments for property viewings or consultations with the company's sales agents.

Ensure that all appointments are accurately documented and confirmed.

Database Management:

Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.

Track and record the status of leads and appointments.

Follow-Up Calls:

Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and keep potential buyers engaged.

Maintain a proactive approach to turn leads into clients.

Reporting:

Provide regular reports on call performance, lead conversion rates, and feedback from potential clients.

Compliance:

Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to Tele-calling in the real estate industry.

Maintain the confidentiality of customer information.
