Explain job roles, requirements, and company benefits ond to candidate queries regarding the hiring ect and verify basic candidate information, such as qualifications and dinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring ow up with candidates to confirm availability and provide interview details. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the recruitment database.

Ensure timely communication to keep candidates engaged in the aborate with recruiters and HR teams to meet hiring targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: graduate or pursuing any degree

Experience:1-2 years in telecalling/recruitment/customer service

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of MS excel

Preferred: Experience in recruitment or HR processes.

Performance Metrics:

Number of candidates contacted daily.

Conversion rate of candidates to the next recruitment stage.

Timeliness and accuracy in scheduling and documentation.
