Job Description

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and individuals interested in aviation training programs.

- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and following up on inquiries from various sources (online, walk-ins, etc.).

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to prospects about available aviation courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and career opportunities in aviation.

- Schedule appointments for prospective students to visit the campus or have one-on-one consultations with academic counselors.

- Build and maintain relationships with leads and students, ensuring excellent customer service and engagement throughout the inquiry process.

- Maintain and update records of all calls made, including contact information, feedback, and follow-up actions, using CRM software or internal systems.

- Follow up with enrolled students to ensure they have received all necessary information regarding their courses, schedules, and training requirements.

- Achieve assigned sales or lead conversion targets through proactive calling, effective communication, and persistence in converting prospects into students.

- Gather feedback from students and prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and motivations, helping the institution tailor its offerings.

- Address concerns or complaints from prospective students about the institution or courses, providing clear, professional, and helpful responses.

- Represent FLY HIGH AVIATE in a professional and positive manner on every call, ensuring that the institutions reputation for excellence in aviation training is upheld.

- Stay updated on the latest developments in aviation training programs, courses, certification processes, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information.

- Collaborate with other telecallers, marketing teams, and counselors to develop effective outreach strategies and improve lead conversion.
