Job Description

- Outbound Calling: Make calls to prospective students or parents to inform them about the coaching classes, available courses, and enrollment details.

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, helping convert inquiries into registrations.

- Follow-up Calls: Contact leads who have shown interest previously but have not yet enrolled, providing them with additional information to encourage sign-up.

- Provide Course Information: Explain course details, fee structures, class schedules, and benefits of the coaching programs to potential clients.

- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a positive relationship with students, parents, and prospective clients, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients, leads, and students in the CRM system.

- Achieve Sales Targets: Work toward achieving individual and team targets related to new enrollments or follow-up leads.

- Promote Offers and Discounts: Inform leads and potential students about any ongoing discounts, offers, or promotions related to courses.

- Provide Feedback: Share market insights, feedback from clients, and suggestions with the team or management to improve services and offerings.

- Assist in Event Promotion: Promote and invite potential clients to coaching-related events like demo classes, workshops, or webinars.

- Update and Maintain Records: Ensure that all communication with clients is logged and updated in the database for future follow-up.

- Client Retention: Provide excellent after-sales service by ensuring that enrolled students have a positive experience and continue with their studies.

- Resolve Issues: Handle any complaints or issues faced by the students or parents and resolve them promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with Other Teams: Work closely with the marketing and enrollment team to help with any promotional campaigns or new courses.
