Job Description

- Make outbound calls to prospective students or parents to generate leads for various educational programs and courses.

- Provide detailed information about the educational programs, courses, and services offered by the institution.

- Promote the institutions offerings, including benefits, career outcomes, and unique features, to attract potential students.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents, understanding their needs and concerns.

- Maintain an updated database of prospects, including their contact information, interests, and interaction history.

- Conduct cold calls to new leads and warm calls to previous inquiries or interested candidates to nurture relationships and provide further information.

- Schedule counseling sessions, webinars, or meetings with academic counselors or admissions representatives for interested candidates.

- Work towards meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversion, aiming to convert inquiries into actual enrollments.

- Address and resolve objections or concerns from prospective students regarding course fees, duration, or career prospects.

- Report progress, including the number of calls made, conversions, appointments set, and other relevant metrics to supervisors.

- Gather feedback from prospects regarding their experience during the inquiry process and use it to improve services.

- Collaborate with the admissions and counseling teams to provide seamless communication between prospective students and academic advisors.

- Inform prospects about upcoming educational events, webinars, workshops, or open days and encourage attendance.

- Ensure all communications, whether by phone or email, are conducted professionally and in line with the institutions standards.

- Continuously update knowledge about new courses, admissions processes, eligibility criteria, and institutional developments.

- Generate weekly or monthly reports on conversion rates, lead status, and outreach efforts
