Job Description

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients to promote products, services, or solutions.

2. Handle inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions to their issues in a timely and professional manner.

3. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving complaints, and offering solutions to customers over the phone.

4. Identify potential leads and generate interest in products or services through effective communication and persuasive techniques.

5. Accurately update and maintain customer records, call logs, and contact information in the companys CRM or database systems.

6. Promote the companys products or services, highlighting key benefits and features that align with customer needs.

7. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the products or services provided and resolve any outstanding issues.

8. Attempt to convert inbound or outbound inquiries into sales by providing compelling information, answering objections, and closing deals.

9. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by engaging in friendly, helpful, and professional conversations.

10. Work toward achieving individual and team sales or service targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

11. Effectively address customer complaints, offering prompt solutions or escalating issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.

12. Collect feedback from customers regarding their experience with the companys products or services, and share insights with the management team for process improvement.

13. Continuously stay updated on the companys products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

14. Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to ensure data integrity and support follow-up actions.
