Job Description

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about products or services, and assisting in lead generation or customer service. The role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Contact potential customers via phone to promote products or services.

Customer Interaction: Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and provide relevant information.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions using the company's CRM system.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Reporting: Provide feedback on customer preferences, product feedback, and market trends to management.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
