use Persuasive Techniques to Convince Potential Students to Enroll in Our Programs.
maintain a High Level of Knowledge About Our Institute's Offerings, Ensuring Accurate and Up-to-date Information is Provided to Potential Students.
respond to Inquiries from Potential Students and Provide Exceptional Customer Service Throughout the Admissions Process.
collaborate with the Admissions Team to Meet Sales Targets and Contribute to the Overall Growth of the Institute.
maintain a Database of Prospective Students and Regularly Update Records with Relevant Information.
follow Up with Potential Students Who have Shown Interest But have Not Yet Enrolled, Aiming to Convert Them Into Admissions.
stay Updated with Industry Trends, Competitors, and Changes in Educational Policies to Effectively Address Potential Students' Concerns and Objections.
meet Individual and Team Sales Goals On a Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Basis.
requirements:
proven Experience as a Telecaller or in a Similar Sales Role, Preferably in the Education Sector.
excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal and Written, with the Ability to Build Rapport and Engage Potential Students.
strong Leadership Skills to Guide Potential Students Through the Decision-making Process and Overcome Objections.
