Telecaller responsibilities include:

Obtaining customer information and other relevant data

Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications

Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time

Noting important details of each conversation

Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to the sales team for closing

Inputting customer information into a computer and verbally relaying information to sales representatives regarding customer sales opportunities

Recording customer contacts, sales information, and other information about products and services

Communicating with sales representatives regarding customer calls

Maintaining good customer relationships and closing the sales deal over calls

A successful telecaller representative must be excellent at communication and have superior people skills.
