Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about education programs, courses, and admission processes.
Follow up on leads generated through online inquiries, advertisements, and walk-ins.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and inquiries in the system.
Achieve daily and monthly targets related to lead conversions and enrollments.
Build rapport with students and parents, addressing their concerns, and guiding them in making informed decisions about their education.
Provide details about distance learning programs like ., ., , , and technical courses.
Collaborate with team members to streamline the admission process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students.
Key Skills Required:
