Roles and Responsibilities :
1) Making telephonic conversation with our clients and make them clear about visa processes.
To counsel clients about student visa process & requirements of countries like Canada, Australia,USA, UK & many more.
2) Counselling the students and parents about the courses offered by the college/university for different countries. Convert leads to admissions.
3) Handling the Walk-In, Telephonic & Email inquiries.
4) Fix appointments for counselors and generate walk-in.
5) Following up on the prospective students over the phone.
6) Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
7) Coordinating with the Operations department from time to time for the student's case proceedings.
8) Follow-up on the leads till registration.
9) Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
