We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with exceptional English communication skills to join our team as English Customer Service Representatives. As a Telecaller, you will engage in conversations with English-speaking business customers and assist them with their energy billing inquiries. Responsibilities:
- Engage in conversations with English-speaking business customers.
- Assist customers with energy billing inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer service goals.
- Stay updated with product and service information.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Passion for engaging in conversations and helping customers.
- Ability to effectively communicate and resolve customer issues.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary up to 30,000 INR in hand.
- Conveyance allowance as per company norms.
