Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to handle outbound and inbound calls effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and inform them about our products/services.

Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries professionally.

Maintain a database of leads and follow up with prospects.

Record customer feedback and escalate issues to the relevant department if needed.

Requirements:

Freshers can apply

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English

Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
