Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads for real estate properties.
Maintain a database of prospective clients and follow up on leads.
Client Interaction:
Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Provide information about available properties, including features, pricing, and benefits.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments for clients to view properties or consult with real estate agents.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and scheduling.
Database Management:
Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Ensure all relevant details and feedback are documented for future reference.
Customer Service:
Address client enquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall client experience.
Achieve Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Key Skills:
