Job Description:

We are hiring a motivated and confident **Tele Caller** to support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.

- Explain and promote products/services over the phone.

- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information.

- Maintain records of calls and customer information.

- Follow up with leads and close sales.

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

- Coordinate with the field sales team when needed.

Requirements:

- Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream)

- Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is a plus)

- Confident, positive attitude, and persuasive nature

- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools)

- Local candidates from Shahpura or nearby preferred
