Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic telecaller to join our team. As a telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to boost sales by reaching out to current and potential clients. You will be required to obtain contact information, source data for target audience expansion, and make persuasive calls to encourage the purchase of our services. Additionally, you will address client inquiries, record important details of conversations, and collaborate with the sales team to close deals. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle objections, and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

• Graduation or equivalent

• Previous experience as a telecaller or in a similar role

• Completion of a sales-related training program

• Familiarity with computers

• Exposure to cultural norms and diverse viewpoints

• Capacity to adapt communication style during unique occasions

• Outstanding interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills

• Ability to accept criticism without personalizing it
