Walk-in | Telecaller – Loan Sales

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Telecaller Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in selling used car loans and new car loans. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and guiding them through the loan application process. You will play a crucial role in converting leads into successful sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest in car loans.

Educate and advise customers on the different loan products, including used car loans and new car loans.

Understand customers’ needs and provide tailored loan solutions.

Collect required customer information and documentation for loan processing.

Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options clearly to clients.

Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales.

Resolve customer queries and provide exceptional customer service.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

Assist in cross-selling other financial products when appropriate.

Stay updated on product offerings, financial regulations, and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or financial services is a plus.

Knowledge of car loan products and the automotive market is an advantage.

Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
