Meet or exceed sales targets or KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Customer Service:
Assist customers with billing issues, refunds, and general inquiries.
Follow up on customer requests and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
Database Management:
Update customer information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
