Job Description

- Contacting existing customers as well as target customers using CP and CRM data.

-Answering phones and explaining the projects.

-Asking questions to the customer and understanding their needs and requirements

-Suggesting solutions based on their needs.

-Sending Messages and Offers to customers and CP on WhatsApp.

-Taking Follow-up of visited customers and potential customers.

- Ability to convince the customer for a site-visit.

-Follow-up for revisit.

-Asking for reference to existing Customers.

-Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

- Generate the leads and convert the leads into sales.
