Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller cum Front Office to be part of our team. The incumbent will be responsible for receiving and making calls to customers, answering queries, and performing front office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive and make calls to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Answer queries from customers, provide information, and resolve problems.
3. Make outbound calls to customers, prospects, and partners to sell products/services, gather information, and build relationships.
4. Meet or exceed targets for call rates, conversion rates, and other measures as specified.
5. Manage the reception of visitors, telephone calls, and emails at the front office.
6. Ensure that the front office is tidy, well-organized, and presentable.
7. Liaise with other departments to provide a better service to the customer.
8. Carry out administrative duties like data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. At least 1 year of experience in tele calling, customer service, or a related field.
3. MS Office program-Word, Excel, Outlook proficient.
4. Bilingual or Multilanguage capacity preferred.
