Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi and prior experience in telesales or customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote nutritional products.

Explain product benefits and answer customer queries.

Generate leads and follow up with interested clients.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.

Fluent in English and Hindi with good communication skills.

Confidence in handling customer inquiries and objections.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
