Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to a list of potential customers provided by the company.

2. Introduce and explain products or services to prospective clients, highlighting their features and benefits.

3. Listen attentively to customer inquiries, address their questions, and overcome objections to secure sales.

4. Maintain a friendly, professional, and persuasive tone during all interactions with customers.

5. Record and update customer information, including contact details and call outcomes,

6. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or previous interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree may be preferred for some positions.

2. Prior experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or customer service roles can be advantageous.

3. Exceptional verbal communication skills and a persuasive communication style.

4. Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customer needs.
