Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested prospects.
Follow-up: Follow up with leads through email and phone to maintain a positive relationship and address any queries.
Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and Digiaxleofferings to effectively address client queries.
