Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele-Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients or customers, promoting our products/services, and assisting with customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Make outbound calls to prospective customers/clients to promote products/services.

€¢ Understand customer needs and provide them with relevant product information.

€¢ Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

€¢ Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries.

€¢ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

€¢ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or call targets.

€¢ Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market trends.

€¢ Handle customer complaints, queries, and requests in a professional and effective manner.

€¢ Ensure all calls are made in compliance with company policies and procedures.

€¢ Participate in training and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

€¢ Must be able to accurately take meeting minutes.

€¢ Assist with administrative tasks such as updating customer databases and preparing reports as needed.

Qualifications:

€¢ Bachelor€™s degree preferred

€¢ Previous experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.

€¢ Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

€¢ Ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone.

€¢ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
