Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele-Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients or customers, promoting our products/services, and assisting with customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers/clients to promote products/services.
Understand customer needs and provide them with relevant product information.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or call targets.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market trends.
Handle customer complaints, queries, and requests in a professional and effective manner.
Ensure all calls are made in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Participate in training and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Must be able to accurately take meeting minutes.
Assist with administrative tasks such as updating customer databases and preparing reports as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred
Previous experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
