Job Description

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to inform them about our IT products and services.

Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and qualify them for further follow-up by the sales team.

Customer Support: Assist existing customers by answering inquiries and addressing issues related to IT products or services.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the companys IT products, services, and features to effectively communicate them to clients.

Data Management: Record and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.

Sales Targets: Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.

Follow-up: Follow up on leads and provide any additional information to convert inquiries into sales.

Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving service quality.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
