Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospects and customers to promote and sell company products or services.
Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through research, databases, and referrals, and engage them effectively to generate interest.
Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries, explain product features, and resolve any issues or complaints.
Product Promotion: Explain the benefits of products or services in a clear, professional manner to potential customers.
Sales Conversion: Close sales by encouraging prospects to make a purchase or take the next step in the sales process.
Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and updates in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets.
Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and prospects who showed interest but did not make a purchase. Remind them of ongoing promotions or offers.
Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers regarding their satisfaction and experiences, providing this information to the relevant departments.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve customer engagement.
Compliance: Ensure all calls are in compliance with company policies and relevant legal guidelines.
