*Responsibilities*:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.
2. Follow communication scripts and guidelines to effectively present products/services and answer customer questions.
3. Identify and understand customer needs, and offer appropriate solutions or information.
4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and build rapport with customers to establish long-term relationships.
5. Handle inbound calls and inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to customers.
6. Record and maintain customer details, call logs, and interactions in the system.
7. Social Media Management
8. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products/services.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.
10. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
11. Continuously improve personal sales skills and knowledge through training programs.
*Requirements*:
1. Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
3. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
4. High professionalism
5. Familiarity with basic computer skills.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service.
