Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential customers to generate leads or promote products/services.

Inbound Call Handling: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers who may be interested in the company's offerings.

Sales: Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.

Customer Service: Providing information about products or services, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in a database.

Follow-up: Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Meeting Targets: Contributing to team performance and meeting sales targets.

Documentation: Creating and maintaining paperwork or documentation based on telecalling conversations.

Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with clients.

Information Gathering: Gathering information from the target market.

Providing Support: Providing help and support to customers through telecalling.

Routing Opportunities: Routing opportunities to the concerning department.

Skills Required:

Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and convey information effectively.

Persuasion Skills: The ability to convince customers to take action, such as making a purchase or scheduling an appointment.

Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to address customer concerns and find solutions.

Customer Service Skills: The ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and helpful manner.

Sales Skills: The ability to identify customer needs and tailor product/service pitches accordingly.

Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport with customers and establish positive relationships.

Time Management Skills: The ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
