Job Description: *Tele Sales Executive*
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Call existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
Use sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
Order Management:
Accurately record details of customers’ purchase orders.
Process all customer purchases accordingly.
Lead Generation:
Generate promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
Customer Account Management:
Manage customer accounts by ensuring existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Product Knowledge:
Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
Target Achievement:
Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets concerning call volume and sales.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to follow scripts.
Sales Skills:
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Experience:
6 months to 2 years of work experience in telesales.

Salary up to 35k CTC.
Incentives 40k+.
