As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in our customer engagement strategy. You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and securing appointments or sales leads. Your excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to the overall success of our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential customers using a provided script, introducing them to our products/services.
Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and active listening.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for field sales representatives or provide relevant information to interested customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a positive and professional rapport with customers, addressing queries, and providing additional information as needed.
Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets for call volume, appointment setting, and conversion rates.
Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company database.
