AGPHR and be the voice of our brand! We’re looking for a proactive and friendly professional to manage customer interactions and front office responsibilities with confidence and clarity.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors at the front desk.
Provide accurate information about services, schedules, and procedures.
Maintain visitor records and manage appointment bookings.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries.
Maintain a clean and welcoming front office space.
Handle basic administrative and clerical duties.
Language Requirements:
Kannada & English – Mandatory (Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing)
Hindi / Telugu / Tamil – Optional (Added advantage)
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, front office, or similar roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, Email, etc.).
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
