TELECALLER RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling.

Creating and updating activity reports.

Fix appointments for counselors and generate walk-in.

Follow-up on the leads till registration.

HR RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITY:-

Expertise in Front Desk Handling, HR Management.

Good Communication Skill with Attractive Personality.

Should be Able to Attend Telephonic Call & Other Correspondence Independently.

COUNSELLOR RESPONSIBILITY:-

Provide consultation services to address potential clients interest in Visas and establishing suitability of the candidate's profile. (Consultation will mainly be by telephone, face to face meetings and emails).

Present and market immigration services to current and potential clients.

Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.

Follow up on new leads and referrals.

Identify sales prospects and contract prospects.

OFFICE TIMING:- 9AM TO 6 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)
