Telecaller Executive

Job Description

1. Communicate, counsel, prepare, and present sales and business development plans in order to win the business of Distributors, Dealers,Channel Partners, Customers and Referrals.

2. Promote all Products and Services included in OOB SmartHome India Pvt. Ltd.

3. Demonstrate energy, enthusiasm and the drive to win new quality business.

4. Be a self-starter who can efficiently manage time frames;Deliver sales/corporate presentations to new and key corporate clients in coordination with Management, Business Development Executivesand Industry Experts.

5. In conjunction with Management, develop communication strategies to ensure that all Back office staff, Business Development Executives, SBPs and other associatesare aware of our new clients and their individual servicing arrangements

6. Work cooperatively across the other Divisions to raise the profile of the OOB SmartHome India Pvt. Ltd. and implement successful and beneficial linkages within the region to provide clients with a ‘one-stop-shop’ service wherever possible.

7. Ensure all kind of databases for the promotion activities are maintained and assist with the organisation and operation of various promotional events.

8. Assist Management, Business Development executives, associates, SBPs and Experts to analyse and review the Home AutomationSales and Services marketplace to determine client needs, competitive point of difference and the activities of competitors
