Telecaller Executive

Job Description

1. Reach out to 50 to 100 leads a day

2. Share the daily updates of the calls to the reporting manager

3. Work on authentication of leads / clients and resolve their issues by suggesting

appropriate solutions through the matrix provided

4. Perform day-to-day telecalling operational tasks assigned

5. Attend regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance related

expectations

6. Maintain database for leads/clients

7. Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers

8. Online Chat Process: Be available to address any query coming through online

chat mode.

9. Responsible for converting telephone enquiries into admissions.

10. Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per

the timelines
