Responsibilities
• Familiarizing with product and services to customers through calling and emails
• Helping organisation with customers changing need and problems
• Dealing with customers questionnaires and problems.
• Maintaining the day-to-day customers respond and contact list.
• Meet and exceed sales target made by organisation.
• Build and manage good and healthy relationship for future.
• Keeping records of customers interaction and sales details.
• Staying updated with market trends and changes in environment
Requirements
• Any graduate and post graduate preferred.
• Familiar with customer behavior.
• Excellence in communication skills both oral and verbal.
• Time management with problem solving skills.
