Urgent Hiring in SURO BHARATI SANGEET KALA KENDRA, Serampore, Hooghly.

Post – Tele Caller

Age – 20 to 30

Education – Minimum HS pass

Duty hours – 10:30 am – 7:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Salary – 8 K to 15 K

Job Description –

• Place phone calls to potential clients

• Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program

• Answer potential client’s questions

• Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff

• Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

• Work with team members on the call floor to meet sales and performance goals

• Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ingoing calls as well as follow up information and clients

• Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly sales goals

• Accurately document the customer’s personal information including phone number, address and other order information

• Follow prepared sales script to provide accurate information about features and benefits

Job Location – Serampore, Hooghly
