Job Summary :

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to contribute in generating sales and solving the queries of customers for our company.

He/she must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

One point of contact for customer including product queries, grievances and services

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about product or service.

• Solve queries regarding product and company

• Generate and maintain customer information in the database

• Understand customer requirement and close the query promptly.

• Keep record of calls and sales.

Key Requirement :

• 3 – 5 years of experience as telesales/ customer support representative or customer service

• Preferred Industry – Finance / Financial Services

• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs

• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospect

• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues

• Excellent communication skills.

• Preferred language proficiency – English, Hindi & Gujarati
